Role: Chef De Partie
Hours: 40hrs over 5 days, including weekends. Potential of Live In accommodation - to be discussed.
Responsibilities
* Work as a hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
* Show willingness to learn new skills and be a team player with excellent communication skills.
* Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
* Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain controls with regard to GP and labour.
* Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams.
