Do you have the drive and passion to improve the lives of children, young people, families, and carers in Flintshire?
In Flintshire we’re consistently focused on what matters to the child, to the family, and how we listen to their voices. We like our staff to feel supported but also have autonomy to come up with creative solutions to help meet the needs of those we work with. We have passionate people working and leading our Teams.
Leading and managing children and family services can be challenging but ultimately very rewarding. We are looking for a Head of Service with extensive experience in childrens social work, including safeguarding, the delivery of statutory responsibilities, effective partnership working as well as a track record of effective practice management, supervision, and budgetary management.
