We're proud to be supporting a luxury country house hotel in the North East, celebrated for its warm hospitality and high standards across every part of the guest experience. Their relaxed yet refined golf course restaurant sits within a stunning estate, and they're now looking for a Chef De Partie to join their talented brigade.

What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the team in day-to-day kitchen operations
* Preparing high-quality dishes to consistent standards, often over a charcoal grill
* Taking responsibility for your section and helping junior chefs when needed
* Keeping high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
* Working a mix of day and late shifts as part of a supportive brigade
About you:
* Experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie, ready to step up
* A passion for quality food and a background in fresh, seasonal cooking
* Hardworking, reliable, and a strong team player
* Calm under pressure with a keen eye for detail
* Looking to develop your skills in a high-quality kitchen
