We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven supervisor to join our store team. If you thrive on leading retail operations, motivating a high-performing team to exceed targets, and providing world-class service, we want to hear from you!

The role
The supervisor is our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating sales assistants to drive sales, excel in customer service, and create memorable experiences for customers.
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will share product knowledge, run coaching sessions, and ensure store operations run smoothly. Supervisors will set personal KPIs and sales targets.
Note: Store hours may include late nights and early mornings, especially in airport locations, to be discussed during the interview process.
What to expect from the role
* Conduct daily team briefs, share KPIs, and motivate the team to meet them
* Perform store walks, understand visual merchandising importance
* Monitor sales figures
* Handle escalated complaints
* Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective selling skills
* Build strong customer relationships by providing exemplary service
Store operations include acting as key holder, cashing up, assisting with administrative duties, managing deliveries, operating the till, and following security policies.
