Role Description
Thinc is seeking an experienced, full-time Sage Intacct Consultant to support its UK and Canadian operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Sage Intacct software, providing technical and functional guidance, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs, as well as knowledge sharing with the existing Thinc team.
Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to analyse business requirements, configuring system setups, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Additionally, our Sage Intacct Consultants will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and client success strategies.
Key Requirements
* Proficiency in Sage Intacct (current accreditations in place) and 3+ years of experience with software implementation
* Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
* Background in financial processes, accounting principles, and enterprise resource planning
* Ability to train users, produce documentation, and provide technical support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
* Prior experience working with SMEs or in consultancy roles is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
