Job Title: Lead Generator - B2B (Progression into Sales Broker)

We're a fast-growing utilities consultancy based in Shoreditch. Partnering with over 50 leading suppliers, we help businesses reduce their costs across energy, payments, telecoms, waste, and water. As we continue to grow, we're looking for confident, driven individuals to join our lead generation team and kickstart their career in sales brokering.
The Role:
This is a phone-based B2B lead generation position, ideal for someone who's confident on the phone and wants a pathway into sales. You'll be speaking with business decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and booking qualified leads for our brokers. Once you hit your KPIs and develop your skills, there's a clear route to progress into a broker role where you'll begin closing deals.
Requirements
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to business prospects
* Qualify decision-makers and gather key information on their utilities needs
* Identify opportunities and hand over qualified leads for follow-up
* Maintain accurate notes and updates on the CRM system
* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and lead targets
* Build confidence and knowledge across energy, telecoms, payments, waste, and water

* Confident and professional phone manner
* Motivated, target-driven, and eager to progress
* Resilient, proactive, and comfortable with high call volumes
* Any previous customer service, telesales, or call centre experience is a bonus - but not essential
* Ambition to develop into a broker role once KPIs are met
