Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor - ensure the contractual and commercial delivery of the portfolio of contracts across the business, working with and supporting internal contract managers to abide to contractual obligations, ensure risks and opportunities are managed effectively and ensure profitability for individual contracts. Forecasting cashflow and commercial returns, the Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor will report directly to the Directors. Key Responsibilities (not limited to): * Ensure that contracts are meticulously adhered to throughout the duration of each project.
