Were looking for a proactive Service & After Sales Manager to lead a technical service team from our head office in Street. This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of a busy service department, manage engineers, and drive commercial performance in a technically demanding environment. What youll do: Lead and coordinate the Service & Validation team, managing daily operations and engineer schedules. Oversee service enquiries, quotations, order processing, and ensure timely invoicing. Maintain high technical standards and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 testing procedures. Support commissioning and validation projects across various sectors. Develop service contracts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. What were looking for: Strong organisational and leadership skills. Experience managing technical service engineers in engineering, HVAC, laboratory, or similar industries. Commercially aware, confident in quoting, scheduling, and coordinating field operations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment with independent decision-making.
