The home is a 50 bedded Care Home that has a ‘Good’ rated CQC and specialises in Elderly and Dementia residents. As one of our Senior Care Assistants you will get to meet our wonderful clients and build relationships. Not only do we offer fantastic rates of pay, job satisfaction and very flexible hours that suit you, but we also offer the following: * Guaranteed Hours (to reassure you that you will have a constant regular wage) * Free Senior Care assistant uniform * Opportunity to study for NVQ 4/5 in Health and Social Care * Roles are subject to DBS checks (free)* Key details/Requirements for Senior Care Assistant Role * These are full time, permanent positions on days are available with the pay rates as set out below: * Senior Care Assistant pay rates - £15.00 - £16.00ph (Depending on experience) * Ability to administer medication (Not essential) * NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care minimum Requirement * Shifts are 12 hours (long days 8 AM – 8 PM) and contracts are for 36 to 48 hours per week.
