When an M&E contractor has a growing order book, everything starts with the estimate.
A leading building services contractor is expanding its pre-construction team and is looking for Mechanical and Electrical Estimators to join their Milton Keynes office.
You’ll be working on nationwide design & build projects, pricing complex M&E packages and helping shape bids before they hit site.
This is a role for people who enjoy the detail - reading drawings, interrogating specifications, building accurate cost plans and knowing that a well-prepared estimate sets the tone for an entire project.
Office-based in London, working with an established pre-construction team in a business that is winning consistent work, not reacting to the market. What’s not to like?
£75k–£90k salary, negotiable depending on experience.
