Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) – Wills, Probate & Estate Planning – Greater Manchester
\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a leading, award-winning law firm in Greater Manchester. This role offers the chance to manage a high-quality caseload of Private Client matters within a modern, supportive, and forward-thinking legal team.

\nThe Role As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of Private Client work, including:

\n\n

\n\n

\n\n

\n\t
• Wills and estate planning

\n\t

• Probate and estate administration

\n\t

• Trusts and trust administration

\n\t

• Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning

\n\t

• Court of Protection matters

\n\n\n

\nYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal advice, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the Private Client department. The role also includes supporting and mentoring junior team members.
\nCandidate RequirementsTo be considered for this Private Client Solicitor role, you should have:

\n\n

\n\n

\n\n

\n\n

\n\t
• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in Private Client law

\n\t

• Strong experience in Wills, Probate, and Inheritance Tax / Estate Planning

\n\t

• Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently

\n\t

• Excellent communication and client care skills

\n\t

• Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues (desirable)
