Responsibilities
* Manage key account customer relationships, overseeing all commercial aspects including upselling and retention.
* Drive customer retention and expansion, aiming to increase net retention within your account portfolio and meet quarterly revenue targets.
* Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts.
* Collaborate closely with the Channel Sales Team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans.
* Lead the complete sales cycle, from outbound lead generation to successful deal closure.
* Serve as the brand and product expert for key accounts, acting as a trusted business advisor.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of relevant experience in the Unified Communications (UC) industry.
* Proven experience presenting to and interacting with senior management within organizations.
* Strong understanding of the channel partner structure.
* Experience working with enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees).
