Caretaker - Gwent Music Job information Post No. POSN002850 - Caretaker - Gwent Music Gwent Music Service are looking to recruit a part-time caretaker to in the main, manage and maintain the Gwent Music premises in a state of good general repair and to open and close the Gwent Music premises in the evenings and on weekends, as and when required. The Caretaker will be responsible for the security, heating, lighting and water, grounds and buildings maintenance. The Caretaker will be expected to work flexibly over the course of the week during the day, evening and weekends to carry out the duties stated in the Job Description and in particular be available to open and close the Gwent Music premises for community lettings, rehearsals and various music tuition groups in the evenings and on weekends at agreed times. The Caretaker will have knowledge of working in a similar caretaking environment, have full clean UK driving licence and be able to transport various items of stock to and from schools and the Gwent Music HQ and it's Warehouses.
