Do you want to work for a company that delivers social impact within your community? We are seeking a dedicated RF Works Coach (Support Worker) to join our team at Growing Places in Claydon. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying levels of capacity and understanding. Key Responsibilities: provide tailored support and coaching to individuals, adapting your style and methods to meet their needs work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment. Requirements: excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to people with differing levels of capacity and understanding ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations this role is subject to a DBS check a full clean driving licence is desirable as you may be required to drive company vehicles and on occasion work from other sites.
