Purpose of job:
Our aim is to become a market leader in the provision of Electric Vehicle charging solutions to Local Authorities and Businesses as part of our strategy to lead the transition to zero carbon.
The goal is to undertake an ambitious electric vehicle charging installation program, deploying high volume and quality EV installations across the nation. Our aim is to make the world a better place, one charge point at a time.
As a Key Account Manager, youll be the trusted partner for our clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our EV charging solutions. Youll manage relationships, deliver exceptional service, and identify growth opportunities that support the UKs net-zero ambitions.
Key Accountabilities:
The role is responsible for the following:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across our EV charging network
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals and our contractual obligations
This role focuses on relationship management and service excellence rather than new business acquisition or direct sales
Scheduling and facilitating customer meetings with well-prepared status reports/ presentations, including performance data, Zest and wider EV market updates
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
Monitor and report performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring contractual obligations and service standards are met
Proactively seek opportunities for growth, including planning and attending events to enhance customer relationships and wider opportunities for Zest
Plus, any other duties as required by the leadership team.

External B2B Customers, external stakeholders
Knowledge and Skills:
3+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Utilise data driven insights to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for account optimisation.

Qualifications:
Experience working in a similar role or environment.
