Care Assistant – Tameside
Homecarers Care Services is excited to be expanding our domiciliary care services into Manchester, and we’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our growing team.
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. From supporting with daily living tasks to providing personal care, your role will help our service users maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in their own home.
About the Role
* Deliver personalised care and support in service users’ homes
* Assist with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and daily living tasks
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
* Build positive, trusting relationships with service users and their families
What We’re Looking For
* Compassionate, reliable, and committed individuals
* Previous care experience is preferred but not essential – full training provided
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for care
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential

What We Offer
* £13.45 per hour (block pay) – guaranteed 5 hours per day
* Flexible working hours between 7am – 11pm, including alternate weekends
* £200 Welcome Bonus for drivers (Terms & Conditions apply)
* 45p per mile business mileage (drivers only)
