Lead Software Developer
£95 – 100k basic
Hybrid – once a week in Portsmouth office and 4 days WFH
We are looking for a minimum of 3 Lead Developers for this company
Your new opportunity…
A key member of the Software Development team, you’ll technically lead projects from design to implementation.
You’ll still be hands on but will also be involved in the important, strategic conversations and will bring your creative thinking and ideas to the table, always looking at the bigger picture and what’s next.
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a high performing individual with expertise in both JavaScript and TypeScript full stack development.

You’ll be joining a global SaaS technology organisation that is the market leader in their sector. They are passionate about software and technology and are continually striving to be better and stay clear of their competitors.
Although extremely well established with a huge customer base, they are continuing to grow and develop new products whilst embracing AI and its capabilities.
What you’ll bring…
As a well established Lead Developer, you’ll have both a technical and commercial mindset when it comes to designing and building systems. Other skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
* Experience across all areas of full stack development and ideally in large scale SaaS platforms.
* Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
* Other technical knowledge required includes NodeJS, Vue, SQL Server.
* Forward thinking approach to producing quality software development and utilising AI.
* Experience of working in mature CI/CD environments and following DevSecOps methodologies.
