About you
You’re an experienced Project Manager from the events and exhibitions world. You’re used to working at pace, juggling multiple moving parts and staying calm under pressure. You’re organised, assertive and commercially sharp. You know how to bring people together to get a job over the line.
You’ve been doing this a while but you’re still hungry for more. You like the idea of being somewhere fast-moving and creative, where the work is varied and the standards are high.
Your experience
You’ve led the delivery of branded environments, exhibitions and large-scale event builds. You understand the process from pitch through to install and everything in between.
You know how to keep communication flowing between internal departments. Studio, production, sales, client services. You’re confident fronting conversations with clients and making decisions that move things forward. You deliver on time, in full and on budget. Always.
You’ll also bring:
A solid background in events and exhibitions. This is essential
Experience working with modular event builds or a strong understanding of how they work
High attention to detail and a genuine pride in the end result
Good instincts when it comes to troubleshooting and managing pressure
What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role
You’ll take ownership of project delivery for major events and exhibition builds. That means managing timescales, budgets, suppliers, internal teams and client expectations. You’ll be the go-to person from brief to breakdown. Making sure every element of the project runs smoothly and hits the mark.
Internally, you’ll keep everyone aligned. Externally, you’ll give clients confidence that they’re in safe hands.
