Learning Support Practitioner Level 3 (LSP3) – Early Years We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced LSP3 to join our team for someone who genuinely shares our passion for inclusion. You will become part of a dedicated teaching and support team with high aspirations for meeting the needs of our diverse learners. As an LSP3, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning and development, helping them to reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and colleagues to provide tailored support, including for children with additional needs. This role will involve: • Delivering high-quality phonics sessions (we use Little Wandle) • Supporting learning and achievement for vulnerable groups within Early Years • Providing targeted interventions and in-class support You must be appropriately literate and numerate, with a strong understanding of how to support early learning effectively. Essential Requirements: • Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) • Proven, paid experience working within a primary school setting as part of a Learning Support team • Experience in delivering high-quality phonics sessions • A child-centred, flexible and professional approach Desirable Skills and Training We are particularly interested in candidates who bring additional expertise, such as: • First Aid training • Little Wandle phonics training • Food Hygiene • Forest School Leader qualification (advantageous) Experience of working within urban settings such as Sandwell will also be beneficial.
