Job Title: Workplace Manager Location: North West or Leeds Area Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: Competitive salary plus bonus (dependent on experience) North West or Leeds Area - Full time As the Workplace Manager, you will lead the delivery of a 5-star Workplace Experience across the Quilter London site. You’ll be responsible for the operational, financial, and people performance of an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards while meeting contractual and commercial objectives. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, strong financial control, and inspirational leadership. You will work closely with the Account Director and regional teams to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and long-term client value. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated FM services, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved. Act as the primary on-site contact for Quilter, building strong, trusted client relationships. Deliver a 5-star workplace experience aligned to client expectations and Sodexo standards. Lead, develop, and engage on-site teams, promoting a positive safety culture and high performance. Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and Sodexo policies. Manage contract financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and profitability. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and cost-efficiency initiatives. Collaborate with engineering and specialist teams to ensure seamless Hard FM, Soft FM, and Catering delivery. Support account growth through identification of additional services and scope opportunities. What we're looking for: Essential: Proven experience managing IFM services within a high-end, white-collar environment. Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. Commercially and financially astute with experience managing budgets and contracts. Demonstrable leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Solid knowledge of health & safety, risk management, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy. Desirable: Background in workplace experience, hospitality, or “5-star” service environments. Experience leading change, transformation, or service innovation programmes. Professional H&S or facilities management qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM). Experience working within a large outsourced services organisation.
