About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Launch Manager to lead the end-to-end process of bringing innovative healthcare products to market. Based in Reading, this position offers a unique opportunity to deliver impactful launches, shape the success of a dynamic CHC portfolio, and make a real difference in improving lives across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end launch process for new CHC products, from concept to shelf.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Develop data-driven, customer-focused, and commercially sound launch strategies.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer needs to inform launch decisions.
* Track post-launch performance metrics (KPIs) and continuously optimise for success.
* Drive operational excellence in launch processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in leading product launches within healthcare, pharma, or FMCG industries.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
* Deep understanding of the UK CHC market and regulatory environment.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical abilities.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering results.
Preferred Skills
* Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Experience with digital launch strategies and omnichannel campaigns.
* Background in working with high-performing companies known for launch excellence, such as L'Oréal or P&G.
