What You\'ll Be Doing
* Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the overall operation of the trade counter branch, setting and executing strategic goals to achieve business objectives.
* Team Empowerment: Motivate, mentor, and lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
* Customer Focus: Owning the customer experience; building lasting relationships with trade professionals in your area.
* Driving Sales Growth – Working with customers and the team to identify opportunities, advise on best products and manage performance to hit and exceed targets across the branch.
* Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory control measures, optimising stock levels, and ensuring product availability to meet customer demands.
