As a Product Coordinator - In-Store Digital, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and implementation of digital screens and in-store technology across all markets. Your responsibilities include coordinating hardware requirements, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless digital installations in new and existing stores. This role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, suppliers, and store managers, to maintain high standards and efficient processes.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Product Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
1. Conducting detailed feasibility assessments for new store designs and digital screen installations.
2. Reviewing and analyzing floor plans to determine hardware requirements.
3. Coordinating with design teams to capture additional hardware needs not shown on initial plans.
4. Setting up and managing project workflows using tools like Trello and maintaining organized project folders.
5. Scheduling and managing project timelines to align hardware orders and installations with store opening dates.
6. Communicating with internal teams, including the Digital Transformation and Multichannel Departments, to ensure clarity on project objectives.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in delivering projects within a fast-paced technology environment, with a background in project coordination or technology implementation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and suggest improvements.
* Effective organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Knowledge of in-store technology, hardware components, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Trello, Jira, and Adobe.
