We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated grant writer to join our team and play a crucial role in securing funding for our non-profit organization. In this position, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals to a variety of funding sources, including foundations, corporations, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of writing successful grant applications and will have a deep understanding of the non-profit sector, including the unique challenges and opportunities that organizations like ours face.
As a grant writer, you will work closely with our program staff and leadership team to develop compelling narratives that clearly articulate our mission, goals, and the impact of our programs. You will be tasked with identifying potential funding opportunities that align with our organization's priorities and will be expected to stay up-to-date on trends and changes in the grant-making landscape. This role will require you to demonstrate strong research skills, as you will need to gather and analyze data to support your proposals effectively.
In addition to writing grant proposals, you will also be responsible for managing the grant application process from start to finish. This includes developing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all applications are completed and submitted on time.
