About the Nursery
Busy Bees Inverurie is a large, spacious setting offering the best start in life to 200 children! Our beautiful nursery is split across 2 levels and is conveniently located at Burghmuir Place, just a short drive from the centre of Inverurie, with free onsite parking.

Required Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education. You will be resourceful, commercially minded, and possess strong leadership ability along with excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively are essential.
Qualifications and Experience:
* BA in Childhood Practise or willing to work towards it (required by the SSSC).
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
