Salary: £40,278 - 40,278 per year Requirements: Previous experience working in a business analysis or change and improvement function within Housing Management and across a diverse range of functional areas Strong customer service and communication skills, both internal and external Ability to understand and support others while handling and resolving difficult situations or conflict Ability to follow defined processes and procedures accurately and consistently Experience monitoring data, identifying trends, problem solving, and escalating where needed Ability to manage core systems and balance conflicting priorities to achieve project milestones, performance indicators, targets, and outcomes Responsibilities: Partner with business areas to map current and future state processes, address business problems, and identify areas for improvement Produce requirements documentation to support delivery of agreed success measures Facilitate solution design with IT colleagues and external vendors Formulate project plans and monitor and report progress, issues, and actions Develop rigorous test plans and scripts with users, customers, and vendors Deliver end user training for change requests and larger project implementations Build and maintain strong relationships across business partnering areas to stay informed about business developments Technologies: Support Network More: We are Halton Housing, and we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our vibrant organisation in Widnes on a permanent, full-time basis.
