About the Role: An amazing opportunity has arisen for a QA Admin Assistant, within our Dundee manufacturing site. The successful candidate will bring with them administrative knowledge having held a similar role previously in line with the departments needs and priorities. You'll bring a strong attention to detail, effective communication, excellent organizational and time management skills to support the business in maintaining and updating compliance-related documentation. This is a fixed-term full-time contract for 6 months. Key Accountabilities: Assist the Quality and Technical team in maintaining and updating compliance-related documentation (e.g., SOPs, work instructions, audit reports). Collating, scanning and storing of electronic and paper copies of documents Provides assistance in updating documentation when required. Support internal and external audit preparation, execution, and follow-up activities. Maintain compliance tracking logs (e.g., CAPAs, training records, audit findings). Provide Archiving support for listing and checking boxes Provide support in gathering and reviewing information required by clients Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries related to Quality, Technical and compliance activities. Monitor compliance deadlines and send reminders to responsible personnel. Provide administrative support to the Quality and Technical team on special projects as needed. Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in scientific discipline Knowledge/Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in administrative or QA support role, preferably in a regulated Industry, preferably Pharmaceuticals. Ability to work with competing priorities and achieve multiple deadlines / timeframes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication, both written and verbal Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and employ the initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretion Has a proactive and flexible approach to work, team player Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business requirements in dynamic manufacturing environment For more information visit us at www.argentaglobal.com
