We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Designer (CRM) to help us bring that vision to even more travellers. This is a hybrid role where design meets momentum.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing lifecycle communications: Creating visually clear, on-brand emails, push notifications, WhatsApp and in-app messages that travellers actually want to engage with.
* Building scalable design systems: Developing and refining reusable templates and components that flex across markets, moments and messages.
* Designing with data: Using insights, testing and performance metrics to iterate, improve and make every pixel work harder.
* Collaborating cross-functionally: Partnering with Lifecycle, Content, Research and Developers to turn briefs into polished, production-ready creative.
* Championing craft: Bringing strong hierarchy, layout and accessibility into every touchpoint.
* Curating visual assets: Selecting imagery that elevates the work while staying on-brand.
* Staying ahead of trends: Keeping a curious eye on lifecycle and messaging innovations and bringing fresh ideas to the team.

* Visually-led designer: Portfolio shows strong fundamentals in layout, typography, composition and storytelling.
* Lifecycle thinker: You design modular, reusable components across CRM channels with a clear understanding of the traveller journey.
* Brand-savvy marketer: You work within guidelines while creating engaging, modern, high-performing creative.
* Detail-obsessed: You spot and fix misalignments, down to 1px.
* Commercially aware: You understand design drives results and can work with KPIs in mind.
* Collaborative communicator: You can present work, explain thinking and take feedback without losing the magic.
* Adaptable self-starter: You juggle multiple campaigns and manage timelines effectively.
