The Role
Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and testing of electrical systems on commercial vehicles and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of electrical wiring and components on commercial vehicles.
- Fault finding and diagnostics on electrical systems.
- Reading and working from technical drawings and wiring schematics.
- Testing electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
- Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards.
- Working efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Maintaining a safe and organised work area.
Requirements
- Previous auto electrician experience is desirable.
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
