You’ll lead the Project Engineering Team for the delivery of Aggreko's Hybrid IPP solution from Design to Project Handover to Operation.

What you’ll do as Engineering Lead - EVA Copper
* Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in the design, development, integration, and optimisation of hybrid power systems
* Oversees the delivery of reliable, safe, and cost‑efficient solutions combining renewable energy technologies: solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and conventional generation (diesel, gas) for an industrial remote application
* Provide technical leadership, ensures engineering quality, manages project delivery, and drives continuous innovation across hybrid energy architectures
* Preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts
* Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve problems and minimise delays
* May support in overseeing installation, testing and/or commissioning of new solutions and support the Project Team with selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors
You are
* Degree qualified engineer with established experience leading the engineering design and delivery process of Hybrid renewable energy projects
* Have experience in leading projects on the ground that are combined energy technology solutions
* Have a high level of design and standards knowledge related to renewable energy technologies
* Have experience overseeing budgets, delivery governance and strategic purchasing
* Experience in HSE and Quality audits, ensuring compliance with required legislation
