Hywel Dda University Health Board is looking for a Paediatric Long Term Conditions Nurse (Epilepsy) to join its Children's Community Nursing Service. This role provides clinical expertise to children and young people with epilepsy, ensuring they gain self-care skills and educating families and carers.
The ideal candidate will manage a defined caseload, assess and implement holistic care, and develop specialist education programs. Candidates must be on part 8 or 15 of the NMC Register and hold a relevant degree. A competitive salary of £40,559 to £48,841 pro rata is offered.
