Youll work directly with the founders and leadership team, playing a key role in shaping how the business grows. This is a broad, hands‑on position that brings together marketing, customer engagement, commercial thinking and operational involvement, offering real exposure across the business. Key Responsibilities
* Run day‑to‑day marketing across digital channels, listings and partnerships, ensuring activity is consistent, effective and aligned to the brand.
* Improve and evolve routes to market, including direct bookings, third‑party platforms and partnerships, with a focus on driving occupancy and repeat business.
* Meet customers, property owners and local partners, building relationships and using insight to inform decision‑making and growth.
* Support and enhance the guest experience end‑to‑end, working closely with the operational team to ensure what is promised in marketing is delivered on the ground.
* Work across our estate of premium local guest accommodation, including our guest house and boutique residences, developing a strong understanding of day‑to‑day operations.
* Play a hands‑on role in operational management where required, supporting standards, guest satisfaction and overall site performance.
* Contribute to wider business operations, performance and growth initiatives, taking ownership of tasks and projects that help move the business forward.
Attributes, Skills & Experience Profile
* 3-8 years experience in marketing, hospitality or a commercial role.
* Hands‑on, proactive and comfortable in a growing environment.
* Willingness to be visible, engaged and part of day‑to‑day operations.
* Proven experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, partnerships and direct‑to‑consumer platforms.
* Experience working within hospitality, travel, leisure or property environments, with an understanding of guest expectations and service standards.
* Strong understanding of booking platforms, distribution channels and yield/occupancy drivers.
* Experience using CRM, email marketing and analytics tools to drive engagement and conversion.
* Comfortable working with budgets, reporting on performance, and making commercially informed decisions.
* Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with operations, sales or customer‑facing teams.
* Educated to a high level in Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
* Ideally holds (or is working towards) a recognised industry qualification such as Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or similar.
Additional Information
* Based in the Cotswolds, in Bourton‑on‑the‑Water and regular time spent across local sites
* Full‑time role with a blend of office, on‑site and some flexibility
* Typically, 3 days per week in the office or out across properties
* Salary circa £40k - £45k plus an annual bonus scheme
* Third member of the management team, working closely with the founders
