A top boutique international professional services firm based in Mayfair is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their lovely team and support their 2 new Partners. They are a small and close knit team and work with top leaders around the world. There is also scope for progression there and scope to take on more projects. You will be supporting two successful executives with a range of duties including: Complex and ever changing diary management Managing and writing correspondance including correspondance for top business leaders Building relationships with their clients Research projects Assisting with events (compiling a list of potential attendees, etc) Managing Salesforce (training will be given) The right candidate will have solid EA experience at senior level and with longevity in most roles. Salary up to £50,000 and this is a hybrid setup- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. Hours are 9am-5:30pm. They also offer benefits.
