Who We're Looking For: A motivated, self-driven individual with a passion for putting clients first. Previous experience in a sales environment, ideally within Estate Agency (though full training will be provided from day one). A professional approach to work, with pride in delivering exceptional service – you’ll be the face of the company! Excellent listening skills and a positive, can-do attitude. A commercially astute, results-driven mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and successfully close deals. Strong communication skills, with experience in consultative selling – whether in person or over the phone. Your Daily Responsibilities: Negotiate property sales on behalf of vendors to achieve the best possible results. Conduct property viewings in a professional, informative, and engaging manner. Manage the sales process from initial offer to completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties. Ensure all relevant documentation is completed in compliance with property sales and lettings legislation. Communicate and prospect with potential clients in a professional and effective way.
