Interviews will held at our Wakefield Call Centre.

If you are looking for a job that makes a difference to our patients, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a health adviser, you are the patients first point of contact, using your skills, alongside specialist computer software, to assess their symptoms and give them the help and reassurance they need.

We can offer a competitive base salary, starting at £25,760 rising to £27,476 after two years (per annum, pro rata for part time employees). In addition, the role attracts enhanced payments for unsocial hours worked in the evenings and weekends.

After 18 months as a band 3 Health Advisor, you will automatically progress to a band 4 Enhanced Health Advisor, subject to meeting the required criteria. Additional duties within this role include coaching lesser experienced staff and carrying out tasks to support Team Leaders in the call centres.

We can offer a range of full and part time rotas.

There is a requirement to work six out of eight public holidays (pro rata depending on rota) as well as three weekends out of five.

Training

You will receive comprehensive, paid training which will enable you to fully support our patients. The training is nine weeks full time.

You will commence your role on a training contract and upon successful completion of your training, you will be issued a permanent contract.
