Non Pharmacist Manager

Apply Save We are looking for a motivated and experienced Non-Pharmacist Manager (NPM) to lead a busy community pharmacy in Bristol.
This is a well-established store dispensing approximately 6,000 items per month, supported by the Titan PMR system.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations, support the team, and ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and organisation
2. Lead, motivate, and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of service
3. Ensure excellent customer service and patient experience at all times
4. Manage staff rotas, holidays, and staffing levels in line with business needs
5. Maintain compliance with company procedures, SOPs, and regulatory standards
6. Support stock management, including ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory
7. Monitor and improve workflow processes to maximise productivity
8. Liaise with the pharmacist and wider team to ensure safe and effective service delivery
9. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
10. Support with administrative duties, reporting, and record-keeping
Requirements:
11. Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment (preferred)
12. Experience in a supervisory or management role
13. Strong leadership and organisational skills
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
15. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively
16. Familiarity with pharmacy systems (Titan experience desirable but not essential)
