Role responsibilities include:
* Leading the implementation and effectiveness of a quality management system, ensuring compliance with business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
* Supporting a quality assurance team and engaging with stakeholders to manage compliance and risk.
* Driving change and business improvement initiatives.
Essential qualifications and skills:
* Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and ISO9001 standards.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
* Experience in development and implementation of operational tools and techniques.
* Formal auditor training and quality assurance experience.
* Leadership experience, including line management and stakeholder management, especially with senior stakeholders.
* Educational qualification: Degree or equivalent.
Additional desirable skills include knowledge of other ISO standards such as ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO44001, and ISO27001, and membership in relevant professional bodies.
