Supporting up to 43 residents, the home provides high quality nursing, respite and palliative care within a calm, welcoming and team focused environment where staff can build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference every day. Housekeeping Supervisor DOE per hour 37.5 hours per week Pension, paid DBS, uniform provided Free onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead the day to day delivery of housekeeping services, ensuring the home is consistently clean, safe and welcoming for residents, visitors and staff. You will set and maintain high standards across all areas of the home, supporting a positive and well organised environment. You will oversee and support the housekeeping team, allocating tasks, monitoring performance and providing guidance to ensure quality and consistency. You will also support training and development, helping team members build confidence and maintain best practice. You will manage housekeeping supplies, equipment and stock, while ensuring compliance with health, safety and infection control standards. Working closely with other departments, you will address any issues promptly and contribute to the smooth running of the home.
