About The Role
The Faculty Research Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Principal Investigators (PIs) and research teams across various projects in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences.
This role involves providing administrative, coordination, and communication support across multiple research initiatives.
As part of the Research Office, you will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, engaging with internal and external collaborators and adapting to the evolving needs of different research projects.
This position is advertised at 1 FTE, but we are also open to offering it at 0.8 FTE.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
* First degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant subject
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience in administrative support or project coordination, including knowledge of budget and data management, ideally in a research or academic setting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective with internal and external collaborators
* Proactive, flexible, and capable of using initiative to solve problems and adapt to changing needs
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently when necessary
