Salary: £25,396 plus bonus

Each day will vary; however, the core components of your role will include:
* Help our patients calling in with a wide range of enquiries from arranging sight tests to arranging refractive treatments.
* Deliver an outstanding patient experience always putting the patient first.
* Display strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Build trust and rapport with our patients ensuring the best possible outcome to their enquiry.
* Display strong administration skills.
* Always look for opportunities to improve the patient journey.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner.
* A willingness to learn.
* Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections.
