Our Bracknell based client are seeking a proactive Night Manager to oversee all hotel operations after hours, ensuring a safe, smooth, and exceptional guest experience throughout the night. You’ll be the go-to person for all guest needs throughout the night — from creating warm, personalised welcomes to maintaining high standards of security and cleanliness. You’ll also take ownership of key admin tasks and ensure function spaces are set up to the highest standards.
The hours for this role are 10:30pm to 7:30am working a 45 hour week earning a salary up to £32,000.
Main responsibilities for the Night Manager role are:

Welcome and assist late-arriving guests and early departures

Handle night audits, complete the Daily Brief, and manage handovers
*
Carry out security checks and maintain a safe, clean environment
*
Set up function rooms and support with room service food & drinks
*
Log incidents, support with emergencies, and communicate with other departments
*
Ensure the hotel is “show round ready” by morning
