Digital Construction Manager – Design team, Penrith, Cumbria

Hours
37.5 hours per week with some flexibility.
Responsibilities
* Work within the BIM team, supporting them in fully understanding client requirements and delivering configurations against specification.
* Interact with clients daily to further understand project requirements.
* Lead digital strategy implementation across major projects.
* Manage BIM execution plans and support information exchange requirements.
* Handle risks and resolve issues affecting project delivery.
* Liaise and engage with clients regarding BIM and digital delivery, and with third parties on the provision of digital and BIM resources.
* Ensure the use of a common data environment, managing, sharing and exchanging information, adhering to ISO 19650 across relevant projects.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven knowledge of BIM standards, emerging software and industry developments, including ISO 19650 suite of documents and processes, ADMM and National Highways standards.
* Skill in the design review process, model management, leading BIM clash detection processes and meetings & managing resolution.
* Demonstrable experience delivering infrastructure or building projects, managing multiple processes/schemes and delivering high‑quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
