* Hybrid working option: 2 days a week from home once fully trained.
Role:
1. Handling new commercial and non-standard insurance enquiries—contacting customers or introducing advisors, closing sales, obtaining relevant risk information, providing quotes, and converting opportunities.
2. Managing 'hot' enquiries; no cold calling—handling all incoming enquiries.
3. Managing your own client accounts from inception to renewal.
4. Obtaining terms, building relationships, and negotiating premiums.
Requirements:
* Sales experience is not necessary.
* This role suits someone with customer service experience, preferably with exposure to insurance or sales environments.
* A positive approach to contacting new enquiries promptly, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
* Highly motivated and proactive in all aspects of the role.
* Confident telephone manner.
* Ability to recognize opportunities and confidently ask for the business.
