Greet customers professionally and establish rapport while representing the dealership
Clearly explain repair and service processes, ensuring transparency and clarity
Keep customers informed about repair progress and estimated completion times

Upsell additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations
Schedule vehicle appointments efficiently and confirm bookings via pre-appointment calls
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records within the dealership’s systems
Promote dealership offerings and ensure a high standard of customer service at all timesRequirements for the ideal Service Advisor:
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Proven experience in a customer service or service advising role, ideally within the automotive sector

Demonstrable success in achieving targets and goals
Valid UK driving licence
