Role Overview
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Employer Engagement Officer to join our Employability team in Middlesbrough, until the 31st March 2026.

Key Responsibilities
* You'll spend a lot of your time engaging with employers of all sizes to find amazing placements and training opportunities for your participants.
* You'll have your own caseload of participants and will be supporting them through the process from first contact onwards.
* You'll be delivering employability training sessions where required.
About You
* You should have great communication skills, both with employers and participants.
* Ideally, you'll have some experience of mentoring and developing others.
* You'll be comfortable prioritising your time to effectively manage your caseload.
