* Identify and manage resale channels, including bulk buyers, auctions, wholesale platforms, and B2B partners
* Negotiate sales and partnerships to maximise revenue recovery while meeting stock movement targets
* Work closely with warehouse, retail, and e-commerce teams to understand stock flows and pain points
* Monitor and report on KPIs including stock ageing, write-offs, and liquidation recovery value
* Lead stock grading initiatives to improve the accuracy of liquidation routes
* Stay ahead of market trends, pricing benchmarks, and new liquidation opportunities
Requirements
* Proven experience in liquidation, B2B sales, surplus stock management, or a similar commercial/retail role
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
* An entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, creative, and proactive
Nice to Have
* Experience in the FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) or reverse logistics space
* Knowledge of auction, clearance, or salvage markets
* Contacts in the wholesale or secondary retail markets
Why Join Us?
* Great opportunities for performance-based rewards (to be discussed)
* Be part of a fast-growing and exciting business
