Keyfix, part of the Keystone Group of companies, specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of non-combustible cavity systems for the high rise building sector. We currently have an opening for an Internal Sales Coordinator on a full time permanent basis. Reporting into our Financial Controller you will work closely within the team to help support all transactional sales administrative and systems order processing.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Logging and inputting of Sales Quotatios, Blanket Orders, Call offs and Delivery Dates on Microsoft Navision (NAV).
* Respond with detail and pricing to incoming Ties and Fixings related enquiries and redirect anything technical to the relevant engineer.
* Maintaining communication between internal departments, Technical Engineering and Warehouse/Dispatch to ensure a smooth internal order transition, specifically in relation to Wall Ties and Fixings
* Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, word-processing, photocopying and printing where required.
* Occasional support to Accounts department on Credit Control and Purchase Ledger.
* Answering external phone calls
* Supporting ad-hoc requests such as ordering stationary, arranging lunch and hospitality details on occasions.
Essential Criteria
* You will have attained recent relevant experience within a sales order processing remit within the past 12 months.
* You will possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.
* You will demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail regarding data entry.
* You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
Desirable Criteria
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or other similar systems packages would be advantageous.
