What's in it for you Annual salary £32,000 to £42,000 Depending on experience Full training and support to gain professional qualifications Private Healthcare & Life Insurance High Street Savings Scheme Free On-Site Parking 23 Days Holiday Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm What you'll be doing Based at the Gateshead office, and with the help of secretarial support, your role will include: Responsibility for managing a full varied caseload Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion Always protect client interests, whilst taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering Obtain and check land registry documents and title deeds Draft legal documents, including contracts and HM Land Registry documents Ensuring all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA, SRA and solicitor account rules What you'll have At least 3 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing working as a Conveyancer Ability to title check unaided Experience seeing a case through from inception to completion Experience of using a legal case management systems Able to go out into the locality and generate new business
