We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team based in 100 Temple street - Bristol. The salary is starting from £30,000 pro rata plus £3,000 car allowance.
The successful candidate must have excellent customer and people skills to support our stakeholders and colleagues. Previous FM experience is also highly desired. Due to the remote nature of this role a driving licence and vehicle is required.
The successful candidate will be based in 100 Temple Street - Bristol and will cover approximately 12 properties across Gloucestershire. As a hybrid role, the candidate will have the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, ensuring effective management and coordination of the properties. Ability to manage and prioritise workload and be adaptable to requirements from customers are preferable.
About the role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements.
The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.
What you will bring to the role:
* Broad FM and Property experience
* Experience of Health and Safety Management and associated safe systems of work
* Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines
* Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information
* Experience of working with budgets
* Experience of supplier management and dealing with challenging situations
* Management and co-ordination of onsite contractor and suppliers (Pre, during & post working activities)
* IOSH Managing Safely or relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management or equivalent proven experience.
