As they continue to expand their portfolio across the UK, they are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to be a number 2 on site for major steel frame and logistics schemes from preconstruction through to handover. About the Role Senior Construction Manager As a Senior Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of high-value, fast track industrial and logistics projects. You'll lead site based teams, manage subcontractors and drive a safety-first culture while ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Construction Manager Lead the construction phase of industrial /logistics projects (£50m-£100million) ensuring programme, quality and budget. Manage large steel frame builds and oversee complex ground works, M&E installations and fit outs Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and reporting Champion the work culture of collaboration, technical excellence and continuous improvement About You Proven track record delivering steel framed, industrial and logistics projects 10 years of experience in construction management with at least 5 years in a Senior Site Management role Expert Knowledge of steel frame construction methodology, ground works, cladding and industrial fit-outs SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid Qualified Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
